Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Embed GoTrain™ Mobile Wallet Incentive Program!

By participating in this contest, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read the following carefully.

1. Eligibility
This program is open to all registered RSPs (Retail Sales Personnel) working at FECs (Family Entertainment Centres) with the Embed Mobile Wallet system. Employees of Embed and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. Contest Period
The contest period is specified in the contest announcement. All activities and registrations must occur within this period for eligibility.

3. Data & Analytics Tracking

• 3.1 Data Collection
  • Data will be collected through the Embed GoTrain™ program to assess the successful knowledge transfer and the transformation of business practices and guest engagement at FECs.
  • Data includes event invitations, RSVPs, and registration activity for the Mobile Wallet.

• 3.2 Activity Calculation
  • RSP activity is measured by how many guest registrations and reloading activities an RSP assists.
  • The percentage of each RSP's activity is calculated based on the total guest registration activity at their location. # of Mobile Wallet Sign-ups / Total FEC Sign-ups = RSP Activity %

Sample Calculation: 

RSP 1's activity percentage is calculated as 37/1,023 = 31.964%

RSP 2 from the same FEC has a 128/1,023 = 12.512% RSP activity.

RSP 3's percentage computation would be 529/5,716 = 9.254%

4. Leaderboard & Rankings
Staff will be ranked on a leaderboard based on their activity percentage, from highest to lowest. With the example provided, the ranking is as follows:

• 5.1 Incentives
  • Mobile Wallet incentives motivate RSPs to drive guest registration and enhance the guest experience.
  • The top 3 RSPs in the leaderboard will receive VISA gift card prize values as follows:

• 5.2 Terms & Conditions for Prizes
  • Embed reserves the right to validate all registration activities.
  • Comparisons may be made against other RSPs at the same venue to identify and adjust for outlier spikes or discrepancies.

6. General Conditions
• Embed reserves the right to modify or terminate the contest at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to tamper with the contest, including fraud or manipulation, will result in disqualification.
• All decisions made by Embed regarding the program rules, eligibility, and awards are final.

7. Privacy
By participating in this program, you consent to collecting and using your data as described in these Terms and Conditions and Embed's privacy policy.
